Project Coordinator

Job Description

  • Handle WhatsApp account as administrator.
  • Follow and execute conversation protocols set by the client.
  • Maintain user's data and privacy.
  • Brief and align with respected healthcare practitioners for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure the project flows seamlessly.
  • Able to communicate and lead any meeting with clients.
  • Maintaining detailed records of ongoing projects.
  • Attend any training related to the project handling.
  • Maintain good communication with users in any case of conversation related to the projects.
  • Raise any issues to the internal team to discuss potential solutions.
  • Support the internal team with other services provided by SMSI for the project.
  • Make project reports.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in any major. Having a medical education/knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Having an intern/working in an marketing agency/related field is a plus point.
  • Good knowledge/ understanding of consumer journey & commercial awareness.
  • Detail-oriented and digital savvy. Required skill : Ms.Office (word, excel, ppt), Google Drive (docs, sheets, slides), Online Meeting Apps (Zoom, Google Meet, Ms.Teams), WhatsApp (Group Administrator & all features).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good administrative skills, multitasking, and positive attitude.
  • Easy to adapt and have solid teamwork skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Dealing with clients via email and telephone.
  • Performing personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required.
  • Handling client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided.
  • Promoting available products and services to clients.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Cooperating effectively with other departments as required.
  • Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results.


Job Requirement

  • Experience at least 2 years sales in financial markets.
  • Up to 32 years old.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to handle objections and negotiate.
  • Prefer for candidate who lives in Bali.
